How does your ISP compare
I order to know if it is a line issue or an "ISP" you Internet Service Provider issue you need to be able
to compare it to something.
On ADSL and Openserve Fibre you are able to compare you ISP directly with a Telkom Openserve test account.
Before you do this test ensure you have your ISP account credentials aka the internet username and password.
You can now enter your router settings as we previously showed how and replace your current internet username and
password with the Openserve test account.
Thats it, save the setting and test the speeds.
If you are still getting an irredgular speed test result then your line is possibly faulty or congested, the reason is because both your ISP and the test account provides the same results from an inadiquite line connection.
The test account details:
Username: guest@openserve
Password: guest
